Freshly baked bread you may serve your guests- this is the goal we pursue with our products from Drexel Bakery. The bread is baked in special brick ovens with static baking atmosphere until about 75% of the normally required baking time and then it is immediately shock frozen at a temperature of -28° C in the freezers of the bakery. This method has proved to be most gentle and suitable to maintain food fresh over a long period of time.
The bread is delivered deep frozen to our customers in quality-conscious gastronomy. Together with our partners specialised in logistics for frozen goods we ensure that the refrigeration and freezing chain remains unbroken until arrival at your place.
After a short crisping up of the bread in your oven, you will be able to serve absolutely fresh baked savoury Original Wurzelbrot to your guests.
